Investment Service And Consultant Joint Stock Company is the 22nd subsidiary of Becamex IDC Corporation which was established on May 4th, 2006 - on the days that millions of Vietnamese people were waiting for and expecting Vietnam to join the WTO, an important event of not only Vietnam but also the whole region.
