I. CORPORATE INFORMATION (Extract Chapter I - STVH ISC)
1. BACKGROUND OF ESTABLISHMENT
Investment Services Consulting Joint Stock Company was established on May 4, 2006, the days that millions of Vietnamese are waiting for and expecting Vietnam to join the WTO, an important event of not only Vietnam but also the whole region. Becamex IDC Corporation has started to take action and decided to invest capital in Viet Long Joint Stock Company - a company specializing in the field of foreign language training and commercial services in My Phuoc Industrial Park, after that the name was changed to Investment Services Consulting Joint Stock Company (Becamex ISC Co.)
Becamex IDC Corp wants to build a company with a physique, bravery and international service standards to support Becamex Group to care for investors, employees who are investing and working in IPs which are owned by Becamex IDC as well as welcome new investors after Vietnam joins the WTO.
Inheriting the valuable experiences that Becamex IDC has accumulated from developed countries in the world, along with the Company's leadership to promote the personnel training, bravely use the young talents created Becamex ISC is full of bravery, confidence, dynamism, enthusiasm and a system of perfect products and services of international class, to provide and serve investors and employees in the industrial zones which are invested by Becamex IDC.
2. BUSINESS VIEWPOINTS AND PHILOSOPHY
We believed : "The success of investors and the success of employees is the joy and pride of ISC". ISC's products and services always follow the motto: "Time is limited, responsibility is infinite". All activities of the company are expressed in the spirit: "Constantly creative to rise" and not outside the business philosophy of the Company:

3. INVESTMENT CAPITAL AND FIELDS OF OPERATION
Formerly known as Viet Long Joint Stock Company, was granted business registration certificate No. 3700708097 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong Province on May 4, 2006, with a charter capital of 600 million dongs, specializing in foreign language training and business.In 2008, the attraction of foreign investment in Vietnam increased sharply, especially in Binh Duong, which opened many development opportunities for the Company. In this situation, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company agreed to increase its charter capital to VND 40 billion dongs, and expand more business fields.

5. LOGO - FLAG – BADGE
Meaning of Company Logo: The yellow number 1 in the middle represents the orientation, quality goals of products, services and the position that the Company always aims to; solidarity between each employee with others.The blue globe circle represents a harmonious living environment of nature, always aspires to the development of the company and is sustainable all over the globe.
Green circle: symbolizes youthfulness, dynamism, potential, strong development of the company's employees and a sense of environmental protection.
White circle: symbolizes transparency for all acts and activities of the company.
Red circle: represents the enthusiasm, strong and positive attitude of the Company's employees, always in a ready position.
ISC CO. Stand for Investment Service and Consultant J.S Company. ( English name of the company).
The three rounds are always parallel moving around the globe meaning that the Company always accompanies, supports each other to progress and develop the Company..
Company Flag
The Company's flag is a symbol of the solidarity of all ISC officials and employees. With the company logo in the middle, there are many meanings that contain the spiritual values of the ISC Company.
As an ISC employee, you must show your respect for the spiritual value that the Company has agreed upon. Absolutely not display the playful and indecent behavior with the Company flag.
The Company's flag must be hung in a solemn place at the head office of the Company, branches and affiliated units. If the national flag is hung, it must be hung 20 cm lower than the national flag.
II. FLAG- SALUTING CULTURE (Excerpt Part 8 - Chapter II - STVH ISC)
NATIONAL FLAG SALUTING CEREMONY
Over thousands of years of history, the Vietnamese people have worked hard, created and fought heroically to build and defend the country, and have formed a tradition of solidarity, humanity, and resilience. indomitable of the nation and build a civilization of Vietnam.
In this spirit, to express gratitude to the previous generation, national pride, patriotism, and self-reliance in national construction, Becamex ISC Company held a flag-raising ceremony every Monday morning, for all employees.
At 7:30 am on Monday morning, all employees of the Company have to be present to prepare for saluting the flag. At 7:58, all employees gathered in the Company's large hall, dressed in uniform.At 8:00 am, the Department of Information and Communications conducts the ceremony of saluting the national flag with the national anthem song, all employees of the Company sang along.
COMPANY FLAG SALUTING CEREMONY
Saluting the flag of the Company is a ritual showing the spirit of solidarity, firm beliefs and enthusiasm of the Company's employees, working together to develop a strong and sustainable company, contributing to the locality and the country.
The Company flag-saluting ceremony must be done solemnly, usually every Monday morning after the completion of the flag-saluting ceremony as well as in internal meetings and other activities of the Company. This ritual was performed together with the song "Tien Len Nao, Ban Oi", company employees sang together.

In our company, everybody is considered as friends of each other, no staff, no boss. As a result, the song's name uses "friends" to show our solidarity.
Youthful, lively melody. The content of the song shows the spirit of solidarity, firm belief, enthusiasm for developing the Company, contributing to the locality and the country.
